At Arbour Vale School we have a number of visiting services, all of whom provide vital support to many of our pupils.
The Physiotherapist service provide recommendations and direct support ( if appropriate) to ensure maximum mobility and will liaise with the PE department to follow up these within PE lessons.
The Occupational therapy service provide recommendations and direct support ( if appropriate) to improve dexterity, manipulation, positioning and sensory processing where needed.
The Educational Psychology service, in consultation with classteachers, provide useful assessments and suggestions to help pupils who may have specific learning difficulties.
